How do I port my existing phone number?

You can port your existing number during enrollment or later from your dashboard. The process typically takes 7-14 business days.

What internet speed do I need for VoIP?

We recommend at least 100 Kbps per concurrent call. For best quality, a stable connection with low latency is more important than raw speed.

Can I use NuLink on my mobile phone?

Yes! NuLink works on iOS and Android devices through our mobile apps, available in the App Store and Google Play.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your service will remain active until the end of your billing period.
